If the evolution of Autechre over the years is not an IDM topic then I don't know what
is.
I prefer those threads to "check out my playlist" or "here's my FS/FA/FT list" or "here
are my reviews", etc.. I don't care about that stuff at all, though I'm sure a lot of
people do. Not to sound like an asshole (though I undoubtedly will), but playlists and
reviews from this list have no influence whatsoever on what records I choose to purchase
or listen to and I delete those posts on site.
I love it when people make it seem as if the only things that should be discussed on
this list are "check out this cool (& obscure) record I know of" and "check out this
show".
Just use your delete button and please don't try to dictate what should be discussed or
not.
